Choose a regional specialist if you know your destination — Latin America with Anna, Asia or Military with Karie, Europe with Ashley, or Global with Lisa. If your move is complex, multi-leg, or you're not sure where to start, the Full Pet Transport Support session (1 hour, $140) is the most comprehensive starting point. For a visual walkthrough of your situation, the Video Consultation ($150) gives you a face-to-face session plus a written summary afterwards.
Yes — Anna's Latin America consultation is available in both English and Spanish. If you prefer to discuss your pet's travel in Spanish, book the Latin America session with Anna regardless of whether your destination is in Latin America specifically.
You'll receive a confirmation email with your appointment details and a brief intake form asking about your pet and destination. This lets your consultant prepare before the session so you get straight to the substance. Video consultation clients also receive a follow-up email with resources and a summary of next steps after the call.
Have the following to hand: your pet's breed, age, and weight; your destination country; your planned travel dates; your airline or route if already booked; and any existing vet records or vaccination history. The more detail you bring, the more actionable your session will be.

For full-service end-to-end pet transportation, our sister company Across The Pond Pets handles the physical move. Many clients start with a consultation and then transition to full transport support.
Yes — Karie's Military Pet Move consultation is specifically designed for military families navigating PCS moves with pets. This covers the unique documentation requirements, base-specific regulations, and logistics of moving pets as part of a military relocation, whether domestic or overseas.
